Our Mission

The Central Florida Chapter is comprised of Customer Service professionals interested in enhancing their professional development through attendance at seminars, chapter meetings and through networking. The chapter offers several formal and informal gatherings each year where members have an opportunity to explore and learn about new ideas, systems, and technology. Best of all, members get the opportunity to meet fellow professionals who may become friends, advisors, or that crucial business contact. 

 


 

 Central Florida Customer Service Summit

Come join the premier customer service organization of Central Florida and other customer service professionals in a summit designed to Advance, Strengthen and Promote our industry and our professionals.

This year's summit is highlighted by ICMI's two-hour interactive session titled, "Contact Center Agent Coaching: Improving Performance Through Effective Coaching".  ICMI is the leading global provider of comprehensive resources for customer management professionals has helped more than 50,000 organizations in 67 countries through training, events, certification and consulting.  

Last year's Summit was a big hit and this year's is shaping up to be even better.  Lunch is included.

It's that time of year again.  Time to prepare your center's contest in anticipation of this year's award ceremony on Thursday, October 10th.

Center contests should take place any time between May 1st to July 31st.
